Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at bugfesupport@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll email you the return address along with a shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have questions about a specific item. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at bugfesupport@gmail.com.
